2. Bookings & Payments

All event bookings are subject to availability and require a deposit to secure a date.

A $350 deposit is required to reserve your event date.

Deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of the event date.

50% of the total balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the event.

Failure to make payments may result in cancellation of your booking.

3. Pricing & Services

All pricing listed on this website is subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed in a written agreement.

Additional services, including catering, bartending, cleaning, and kitchen use, may incur additional fees.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies will be outlined in your event agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing and circumstances.

5. Event Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

Ensuring guests follow venue rules

Leaving the venue in acceptable condition

Any damages caused during the event

Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply.

6. Third-Party Services

We may recommend or provide access to third-party vendors. We are not responsible for the performance or actions of third-party providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

West Yellowstone Venue is not liable for:

Personal injury

Loss or damage of personal property

Events beyond our control (weather, natural events, etc.)
