How many guests can Hebgen Lake View accommodate?

Our venue comfortably hosts events for up to up to100 guests comfortably, making it ideal for weddings, private celebrations and family celebrations in a beautiful lake/mountain setting.

Do you provide catering for events?

Yes, we offer some catering services and outside catering is welcome, or cater yourself. Giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for your event you have the freedom to design to your event style and guest preferences.

Is bartending service available?

Yes, professional bartending services are available with options for beer and wine, standard open bar, or premium bar packages & non alcoholic depending on your event needs. See our price list for all the options.

How do I reserve a date for my event?

To reserve your date, a $350 deposit is required, and the remaining balance is split between a payment 90 days before your event. The final balance due 2 weeks prior the event.

Can we host an outdoor ceremony?

Our venue is available for the reception. Many options are available in the area to hold your ceremony, we have suggestions available please contact us.

What types of events can be hosted at the venue?

We host a variety of events including weddings, birthdays, quinceañera's, anniversaries, baby showers, corporate parties, family reunions, and private celebrations for locals & visitors to the West Yellowstone area.
